I hereby declare that is known to me that starting using of present Internet service HAPE.pl (so-called Service) icluding those services which are provided by internet, I agree with terms and conditions of use presented here without any reservations of any kind. I understand, if I disagree with those terms and condition, I no longer can use service.
The owner of presented Service, to which applied all information provided here is Krzysztof Tylicki (also known as KGB) (so-called Owner).
There is possibility to make unilateral changes and modification of terms and conditions by the Owner, and every user is obliged to track changes putted into effect. Contuinous using of Service is treated as alleged assent to new terms, conditions and content. This terms and conditions are available during all the time, the Service is live, and can be read at any time by pressing "rules" button.
Users, by act of registration, agreed to receiving commercials and info-mailing to her / his email address given in registration form.
About changes, news and other important informations, registred users are informed by mailing.
Users, who co-operate with Service, publishing their stories, esseys and other test (incl. opinion) hereby certify that Owner has their permission for using those texts (for example - reprint in press).
Users of service remain anonymous as long as they decide to logon. Information which are in system logs are results of character internet connections and are used only for technical purposes. Service is using cookies for better performance of some function (for example user identification). Those informations are processed with appropriate security precautions.
Personal information you supplied to Service (especially e-mail address) are not available to anybody in any form.
Owner is not responsible for content published by users. Publishing or sending materials or messages which:- has commercial nature;
- are against Netiquette;
- has pornographic, obscenic, offensive, vulgar or similar nature;
- are against people's right (esp. against race, ethnic origin, religion, et caetera);
- are intellectual property of someone;
- are against polish and international law (esp. Civil Code, Criminal Code and so on) is strictly prohibited.
Owner has rights for blocking user account immediately if user failed to terms and conditions of this agrement. Owner do not take controlling or monitoring of text and other materials in any way by himself, responding only for signals from other users to secure conformity of materials with this agreement. This terms and conditions of use agreement is valid while publishing on Service site. Owner has rights to make any changes of this agreement without prior notification.
Changes takes effect immediately after publishing on this site. |
